Service Description

Welcome to the Cascades Tennis Junior Scholarship Fund, which allows kids ages 7-18 to learn and play tennis for free at the Aspen Meadows. This program is funded by Cascades Tennis, LLC, local businesses and members of our community. Kids are welcome to join as little or as many classes as they want. Schedule (tennis & pickleball): • June 11th-August 16th (10-weeks) • Tennis Tuesdays/Thursdays 11am-12pm • Pickleball Wednesdays 11am-12pm How To Register For The Scholarship: • Fill out the Contact form on the Contacts page and mention the Jr. Scholarship • Register weekly for the class(es) your want to attend Please reach out to sales@cascadestennis.com if you would like to donate or volunteer to help run the programs. You can also help by paying for your kid to join the lessons through our regular junior class registration on the Book a Lessons page. Your contribution goes to help more kids play for free. Cascades Tennis Junior Scholarship Fund is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization (FEIN: 88-2263515). Gifts to the Cascades Tennis Junior Scholarship Fund are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law. Please consult your tax advisor for further information.

Cancellation Policy

PLEASE READ Our Policies Below Before Registering. CANCELLATION POLICY: • Any Lesson, Class, Clinic or Court Rental may be cancelled up to 24 hours before start time without penalty/fee • If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, full payment is due for any lesson or court rental scheduled (should payment not be submitted, future bookings will be restricted or no longer permitted for that individual or group) WEATHER CANCELLATION: • In the event of a weather cancellation made by Cascades Tennis, LLC, we will either refund, credit or apply payment to another class (this is at the discretion of the Company) WAIVER: As consideration for the right to participate in tennis lessons, classes, camps and/or other activities and services provided by Cascades Tennis, LLC, I hereby covenant to hold harmless and indemnify Cascades Tennis, LLC and it's employees from any and all claims, losses, damages, injuries, fines, penalties and costs (including court costs and attorney’s fees), charges, liabilities, or exposures, however caused, resulting from, arising out of, or in any connection to my or any minor family member’s participation in the above described program. I have read and understand this INDEMNIFICATION AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT. By registering and paying for the class you accept these terms.
